Terms of Service — MusicMinim

By accessing or using MusicMinim (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MusicMinim provides AI-powered tools to help independent music teachers generate progress reports, practice plans, and parent communications. The Service is currently in beta.

2. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access the tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@musicminim.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate music teaching administration.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the AI tools.
Use the Service to generate content that is abusive, defamatory, or unlawful.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

4. Student Data

Any student data you enter into MusicMinim remains yours. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from parents or guardians before storing their contact information or their child's information in the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf for this data.

5. AI-Generated Content

All AI outputs are drafts intended to be reviewed and edited before use. MusicMinim does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending it to parents or students.

6. Beta Period & Pricing

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide reasonable notice by email to registered users before any charges apply.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time with or without notice for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

MusicMinim and its content (excluding user-submitted data) are owned by us and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of all data and documents you create using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusicMinim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
